How do I book a party?

The parties can be booked over the phone or by visiting the Fairytale Land during our working hours. If booking over the phone the package with the invitations and the confirmation form will be mailed to you. Once we have confirmed that your preferred party date/time is available we hold the reservations for three days. That will give you an opportunity to visit us and get a tour of the centre. When booking the party (by phone or in person) a $150 non-refundable deposit will be required. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. The balance is to be paid at the end of the party. For parties at your home, or any other location deposits are not taken but only credit card number to reserve the party slot. The payment will be also made at the end of the party either by cash or credit card.

How far in advance should I book?

If you have a specific date and time in mind, please book it as early as possible (8-10 weeks in advance) If you are flexible, then we welcome the last minute booking and will do our best to accommodate you with the weekend (if any) slots that might be available. Weekday slots are often available for last minute bookings.

What is the maximum number of guests?

Thornhill Fairytale Land location comfortably accommodates up to 25 children and up to 20 parents. 35 guests (children & adults) are allowed in the facility. In cases where more than 14 parents attend, we will implement a service charge of $35 that will cover the cost of providing a safe and pleasant environment for all guests at the party. If more than 20 adults or more then 35 guests attend, $20 per person charge will be implemented.
Mississauga
Fairytale Land location can comfortably accommodate up to 25 children and up to 30 parents. 45 guests (children & adults) are allowed in the facility. In cases where more than 18 parents attend, we will implement a service charge of $40 that will cover the cost of providing a safe and pleasant environment for all guests at the party. If more than 30 adults or more then 45 guests attend, $20 per person charge will be implemented.
Parents should confirm the number of guests attending the party two days prior to the party. All guests (children & adults) are not allowed to wear shoes (indoor or outdoor) and must have socks.

What about the boys?

Fairytale Land’s program is gender neutral and provides boys with the same fun time as the girls. We have many different characters costumes and accessories for the boys. During the dress-up time face paint and tattoos will be done, and they will join the girls in the Royal Show, craft time and music program.

Do you provide the food for the adult guests?

Fairytale Land caters wonderful and large platters. Please visit the Catering page to view our menu. All food is nut free and freshly prepared for the party. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the facility. Parents are welcome to bring their own nut-free cake, or also order it through us.

Can children younger than 3 years old attend?

Our program is for children 3 – 12 years old. Younger children are welcome to attend also. Please note that we charge for all children 18 months and older.

What if I need to cancel or change my date?

The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason. In the case of illness or emergency we will do our best to accommodate your booking at another more convenient time, if necessary (within 60 days of your original party date).
